We sent Tom to a swamp in Louisiana in an attempt to get that final signature on Sparky's case . . . and it worked! On Tuesday, April 3rd, while Tom was on a plane flying back from his fishing trip with Pat and Neil and Herb (a trip where fish were actually caught), I got the call--and couldn't get ahold of Tom for another 2 hours!!!
So, let me take this moment to introduce you to Alice Mayra McGrath.
Alice will be home . . . hopefully end of April/beginning of May. Now we are waiting for our US Embassy appointment in Guatemala. We will hopefully get the appointment in another week or two, and then the appointment will likely be a week or two out from there. So, still we wait, but soon!
Yippee.
