More catching up

After leaving Tom in Texas, and on his way to a bachelor party in a Louisiana swamp, Alice and I jetted off to Florida. It was the penultimate week of school for my mom, so her class celebrated her June birthday with balloons. Maemae brought the baloons home once Alice arrived, and they were a hit!



Another big attraction was Peggy. Peggy was prepping the menu for a yoga retreat she and Curtis were cooking for that weekend, and even though she was pretty stressed with getting everything perfect (which of course she did because she's awesome!), she always had time for a smile and visit with Alice.



Florida was HOT. So watering the plants was a welcome task.



Especially whe it became a full body immersion activity.



The pool was a tad chilly from the rain, so playing in the hose was a great way to cool off.



Alice found the bag of dog snacks, and since she knows the word snack and loves a nice snack herself, she was very generous with the dogs.



On every other visit, it has been Alice chasing the dogs around.



Now that Alice gave them snacks, the reverse was true!
