Mother's Day

This was almost the best mother's day ever. The only exception was that Tom and I weren't able to celebrate with our mothers. We love you!

The day began with Alice wishing me a Happy Valentine's Day immediately upon awakening. Which, actually works, considering how full my heart is with love for her.

There was also a conversation about whether or not playdates happen on Mother's Day, the answer being no as people, if they can, have playdates with their mother. This actually went over fine.

And then surprise surprise, after calling a friend to say happy mother's day, it turns out we had the same plan on the same timetable: to hike World's End! So we met out there and got to have a joint celebration!




































Fun was had. It was an awesome day!
