trial by fire
this will be short. i threw out my lower back. gone. i can walk, barely, and only when gripping the walls and furniture. omg. tom is doing great. miss clare came over today to help and several other friends have said they can come over. my parents arrive wednesday. thank goodness. hopefully i will be able to walk unassisted in a week. when can i pick up alice again . . .

I can totally sympathize!!! It sounds like exactly what I had. I can come over any time with motrin and ice packs, okay?
