Running away

We've been watching this wonderful depression era Christmas themed series of shorts on netflix. The themes are all about helping those in need and valuing what each brings to the equation. One of them has a little grizzly bear, Billy, running away from home in protest against hibernating for the winter.

In the cartoon, Billy Bear is cowed by Old Man Winter into understanding why he needs to go home to his warm cozy bed. Alice, who was practicing dressing for her trip to Florida, threatened to run away but was also cowed by old man winter.

Our little actress! My favorite part was when she asked me to create her hobo bag and stick, then criticized my first effort!
